The pool committee is responsible for recommending the rules and guidelines pertaining to use of the pool and checking on the upkeep and day to day operation being done by any contacted personnel, and works with the Social Committee if needed on the scheduling of events.
Our traditional mail-in physical pool pass system has gone digital! If registering for the pool for the first time, you can either register at one of our annual community registration events or just register yourself or your family on the first day you visit the pool. Be sure to bring documentation that you live at your Magnolia Ridge address (ex. leasing agreement, mail addressed to you, driver's license, etc.) All members of your household will have their photos taken on the pool tablet and saved to our digital pool pass system. On your next visit, just provide the check-in lifeguard with your name. No need to re-register each year – your information has been saved if you registered with the digital pool pass system in the past.
Guests/visitors must be accompanied by a homeowner at all times and are the responsibility of the homeowner. Two guests are permitted free each visit; a $5 cash fee will be due for each additional guest per day.
A group with over ten guests is a party. All parties must be scheduled with SwimMetro Management, Inc. and appropriate fees paid. See the head lifeguard for information and pool rental policy below under Pool Documents.

Guidelines for party rental at the pool
The Magnolia Ridge HOA is working with the Pool Management company to allow the pool to open for residents in accordance with direction from the State of Virginia. These amended rules are in effect beginning 7/1/2020 and supersede the rules shared on 6/19/2020. These rules are in effect until further notice. We provide no guarantee that risk of infection or injury has been mitigated. The pool is used optionally and at your own risk. The community is not liable for infection or injury that may result from the usage of this amenity.

We are working with Swim Metro to understand impacts to pool opening given the global pandemic and current quarantine requirements. It is likely that the pool opening will be delayed.
